The main purpose of NekoFeeder is to allow normal weight cats full access to food anytime for self-feeding of daily portioned or non-portioned food, while keeping overweight cats or cats with food allergies away from available food. This allows all cats’ meals to be regulated by the owner. There are other uses as well!

What different Models are there? NekoFeeder has 2 models - NekoFeeder Regular and
NekoFeeder Lite. How Does NekoFeeder Regular Work? The Regular system works by unlocking the door on the front of the space via a tag on the cat's collar. He or she can then open the door by pushing on it and entering the isolated space to eat. More than one cat may have access to one NekoFeeder and/or up to 2 different purpose NekoFeeders may be used per household. NekoFeeder lite is a less expensive version that functions the same as a regular NekoFeeder except there is no electronic access control. For this, the door does NOT lock and is open all the time. It is perfect if you have at least 1 cat and 1 dog and wish to keep your dog from eating the cats food or litter box!
Can I buy just the door and then get the carrier locally? Yes! We actually recommend that you purchase the door add on from us, and the carrier from your local pet store (Click HERE for proper carrier size). This not only gives the business to your local store, but saves you the expense of shipping the heavy carrier. We do certainly sell complete packages.
What is NekoFeeder Ultra? NekoFeeder Ultra replaced the regular NekoFeeder Deluxe System that came with a carrier which is no longer manufactured. The Ultra Carrier is the current carrier model and splits in half via a screw/nut system. Just like the discontinued Deluxe version, NekoFeeder Ultra comes in the regular electronic version and the Lite non-electronic version. Ultra door systems are available so you can purchase your own carrier. It was necessary to create the Ultra model because the Deluxe Pet Carrier is no longer manufactured. How Long Does It Take To Train My Cat? Your cat’s personality will determine how long he or she will take to get
used to the NekoFeeder. However, even skittish cats should be using it
normally within two weeks or so. From Our Veterinarian
